Norimon Research is managed by Pete Burgess and is based in London.
Pete Burgess studied politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford University and has a Master’s degree in sociology, specialising in industrial relations.
He is an experienced independent researcher in the field of international employment and has an extensive track record of research, including supply-chain partnerships, salary surveys and due diligence - projects where trust and confidentiality are vital.
Between 2004 and 2010 Pete was a Senior Lecturer at University of East London (UEL), where he taught on MBA programmes and developed a Master’s programme on International Human Resource Management.
He currently undertakes research assignments for a range of clients, and also has an academic position as a Research Fellow at the Business School, University of Greenwich.
